1Dice up a few roma tomatoes .

2Add the tomatoes, dried basil , garlic , balsamic vinegar , olive oil , lentils , and salt to a bowl .

3Give it a toss and let that marinate for at least 10 minutes .

4Then crumble in feta cheese and top with arugula .
