- nutritional yeast flakes 1/2 cup
- tamari 0.33 cup
- soy sauce 0.33 cup
- apple cider vinegar 0.33 cup
- garlic 2 cloves
- tahini 2 tbsp
- tofu
- tempeh
- brown rice
- spinach
- beets
- carrots 1
- sweet potatoes 1
- broccoli 1

1nutritional yeast flakes , water{1/2%cup}, tamari or soy sauce , apple cider vinegar , garlic , tahini , olive oil.

2Dresssing: Put all the ingredients together and blend . if you want to be fancy you can stream in the olive oil as you blend.

3Bowl: Saute/fry in a pan the tofu or tempeh

4Boil brown rice and add to spinach

5Add beets and carrots

6Roast sweet potatoes and broccoli

7Make the bowl, pour some of the dressing over it. you will have extra dressing that you can save for another salad! yum
