Szechwan Dipping Sauce

🥘 Ingredients

• chopped ginger 1 tbsp
• chopped garlic 1 tbsp
• soy sauce 2 tbsp
• black vinegar 1 tbsp
• sichuan peppercorns 1 tsp
• shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
• sugar 1 tsp
• white pepper ½ tsp
• chopped scallions 1 tbsp
• chili oil 2 tbsp

   Mix chopped ginger chopped garlic soy sauce black vinegar , sichuan peppercorns , shaoxing wine , sugar white pepper chopped scallions chili oil
