π₯ Ingredients
- all purpose flour 2 cups
- salt 1 teaspoon
- shortening 0.67 cup
- water 1 tablespoon

- pastry blender
- rolling pin

1Sift all purpose flour and salt together.

2Cut in shortening with pastry blender until pieces are the size of small peas.

3Sprinkle water over part of mixture.

4Gently toss with fork, push to side of bowl. Repeat until all is moistened.

5Form into ball. Flatten on lightly floured surface by pressing with edge of hand 3 times across in both directions.

6Roll using rolling pin from center to edge until 1/8 inches thick.
