- rasins ½ cup
- cinnamon (ground) 2 tsp

- milk (oat) 3 cup
- maple syrup ¼ cup

1Mix oats , carrot (shredded) , walnuts (chopped) , rasins , cinnamon (ground) and ginger (ground) in a bowl .
