Mustard-Stuffed Chicken
🥘 Ingredients
- ball mozzarella 125 g
- strong cheddar 50 g
- wholegrain mustard 1 tbsp
- skinless boneless chicken breast fillets 4

- medium bowl
- baking sheet

1Heat oven to 200ºC / fan 180ºC / gas 6.

2Tear ball mozzarella , torn into small pieces.

3Grate strong cheddar .

4Mix the cheeses and wholegrain mustard together in a medium bowl .

5In the side of skinless boneless chicken breast fillets , cut a slit then stuff with the mustard mixture. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2 bacon rashers - not too tightly, but enough to hold the chicken together.

6Season, place on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 mins .

7Serve with greens.
