- red pepper 1/2-1/4

- bouillon paste
- soy sauce
- honey
- heavy cream

1Set the oven to 425 deg.

2Chop the top off of the garlic , cover in olive oil , ball into foil, and put in the oven.

3Roughly chop the tomatoes , onion , and red pepper . Toss in an oven safe dish with olive oil, salt , and pepper , and roast at 425 until the veggies are soft and have some color, about 30 minutes . Broil for the last 5 minutes for extra color if needed.

4Transfer the veggies and roasted garlic to a pot and add some water , bouillon paste , soy sauce , honey , pepper, and heavy cream .

5Blend with an immersion blender and enjoy!
