Tomato Soup

  • garlic 1 head
  • olive oil
  • tomatoes 5
  • onion 1/2 small
  • red pepper 1/2-1/4
  • salt
  • pepper
  • water
  • bouillon paste
  • soy sauce
  • honey
  • heavy cream

🍳 Cookware

  • oven
  • oven safe dish
  • immersion blender

    Set the oven to 425 deg.

    Chop the top off of the garlic , cover in olive oil , ball into foil, and put in the oven.

    Roughly chop the tomatoes , onion , and red pepper . Toss in an oven safe dish with olive oil, salt , and pepper , and roast at 425 until the veggies are soft and have some color, about 30 minutes . Broil for the last 5 minutes for extra color if needed.

    Transfer the veggies and roasted garlic to a pot and add some water , bouillon paste , soy sauce , honey , pepper, and heavy cream .

    Blend with an immersion blender and enjoy!
