- lean ground beef 1 lb
- yellow onion 1 small, diced
- garlic 5 cloves, minced
- hot sauce 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 Tbsp
- Italian seasoning 1 tsp
- mustard powder 1/2 tsp
- red pepper flakes
- flour 1 Tbsp
- beef broth 1 cup
- tomato sauce 16 oz
- tomato paste 1 Tbsp
- cream cheese 1 Tbsp, softened
- medium shell pasta 1/2 lb
- half and half 1/2 cup
- cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups, shredded
- fresh parsley
- parmesan cheese

1Cook the lean ground beef and yellow onion .

2Add the garlic , hot sauce , Worcestershire sauce , Italian seasoning , mustard powder , and a pinch of red pepper flakes . Stir in flour .

3Add the beef broth , tomato sauce , tomato paste , and cream cheese . Let the sauce simmer.

4Cook the medium shell pasta .

5Decrease the heat to low and stir in the half and half . Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese .

6Add the drained pasta and stir to combine. Garnish with fresh parsley and parmesan cheese .
