π₯ Ingredients
- salted water 2 litre
- bay leaves 2
- pork ribs 500 grams
- sauerkraut 750 grams
- Polish sausage 500 grams
- onion 1
- oil 1 tbsp
- plum butter 3 tbsp
- tomato paste 2 tbsp
- caraway seeds 1 tsp
- pepper 1 tsp
- wine Β½ cup

1Bring salted water to boil, add bay leaves and pork ribs . Cook for 30 minutes

2Remove ribs from the water, add sauerkraut to the water and cook for another 30 minutes

3Remove the meat from the bones, discard the bones.

4Cube the Polish sausage and onion and fry in oil

5When the sauerkraut has cooked for 30 minutes add the pork meat, fried sausage and onion, plum butter , tomato paste , caraway seeds , pepper and wine to the pot

6Simmer for 15 minutes or until at desired consistency

7Serve hot with bread and red wine or beer
