🥘 Ingredients
- peanut butter 3 tbsp
- hoisin sauce 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 2 tbsp
- rice vinegar 2 tbsp
- maple syrup 1 tbsp
- sesame oil 2 tsp
- hot chili paste 1 tsp
- warm water ¼ cup
- oil
- garlic 5 cloves
- chopped fresh ginger 2 tbsp
- chopped green onions 5
- ground pork 1 lb
- ramen noodles
- shiitake mushrooms ¼ lb
- red pepper 1
- broccoli florets 1 bunch
- thinly sliced carrots 2
- cilantro
- fresh basil

1Blend together peanut butter , hoisin sauce , soy sauce , rice vinegar , maple syrup , sesame oil , hot chili paste , and warm water .

2Put a large pot of water on to boil.

3Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic , chopped fresh ginger , and chopped green onions . Cook gently for 1 to 2 minutes until very fragrant.

4Add ground pork and cook until browned. Remove pork from pan and set aside.

5Add ramen noodles to pot of water. Cook for 5 minutes.

6Add shiitake mushrooms , red pepper , broccoli florets , thinly sliced carrots and cook until softened. Add peanut sauce.

7Drain noodles, combine vegetables, sauce, noodles, and ground pork in pan. Toss to coat.

8Serve and top with cilantro and/or fresh basil .
