- basil leaves 20 g
- pine nuts 20 g
- garlic 3 cloves
- olive oil 50 g
- fresh grated parmesan cheese 60 g

1Combine basil leaves , pine nuts (or walnuts) and garlic in a food processor and process until very finely minced.

2With the machine running slowly dribble in olive oil and process until the mixture is smooth.

3Add fresh grated parmesan cheese and process very briefly, just long enough to combine.

4Store in refrigerator or freezer.
