🥘 Ingredients
- lemon juice 1
- tahini ¼ cup
- olive oil
- garlic 1
- cumin ½ tsp
- salt ½ tsp
- chickpeas ½ can
- chickpeas ½ can
- paprika pinch
🍳 Cookware
- food processor

1Place lemon juice along with tahini in food processor and process for 1 minute. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl then turn on and process for 30 seconds.

2Add olive oil , garlic , cumin and salt and process for 30 seconds more.

3Add half of the chickpeas and process for 1 minute. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl, add remaining chickpeas and process until thick and quite smooth; 1 to 2 minutes.

4Use the aquafaba to thin out the hummus if needed. Taste for salt and adjust as needed.

5Serve topping with a drizzle of olive oil and dash of paprika .
