Spongecake
Little tufts of spongecake for decorating the dessert
π₯ Ingredients
- egg whites 150 gram
- egg yolk 60 gram
- almond powder 80 gram
- sugar 80 gram
- flour 30 gram
π³ Cookware
- food
- fine sieve
- ISI Whip siphon
- nitro capsules
- paper cup
- microwave

1Mix egg whites , egg yolk , almond powder , sugar and flour into a smooth mixture using a food processor.

2Pass it through a fine sieve .

3Pour it into an ISI Whip siphon and whip up with nitro capsules .

4Let cool for 1 hour in the fridge.

5Squirt the mixture into paper cup that have small holes in the bottom. Fill the cups for 3/4.

6Put it in the microwave for 40 seconds on full power until done.

7Let cool upside down.

8Use tufts of the spongecake in the dessert.
