Red wine sauce

tasty red wine sauce that complements the wagyu sirloin steak

🥘 Ingredients

  • butter 50 gram
  • red wine 100 ml
  • tyme 1 sprig
  • veal gravy 400 ml
  • cold butter 50 gram
  • truffle ½

    Chop the onion into small pieces.

    Sauté the onion in the butter until they are shiny.

    Add the red wine , tyme and veal gravy and reduce slowly.

    In the end, remove the sprig of thyme.
  5. 5
    Assemble with cold butter .
  6. 6
    Add the grated truffle and warm through.
