Red wine sauce
tasty red wine sauce that complements the wagyu sirloin steak
🥘 Ingredients
- onion 1
- onion 1
- butter 50 gram
- red wine 100 ml
- tyme 1 sprig
- veal gravy 400 ml
- cold butter 50 gram
- truffle ½

1Chop the onion into small pieces.

2Sauté the onion in the butter until they are shiny.

3Add the red wine , tyme and veal gravy and reduce slowly.

4In the end, remove the sprig of thyme.

5Assemble with cold butter .

6Add the grated truffle and warm through.
