- ground garlic 2 cloves
- lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- olive oil 1 tablespoon
- pepper Β½ teaspoon
- long english cucumber Β½
- dill 1 bunch

1place plain greek yogurt in a bowl . Add salt , ground garlic , lemon juice , olive oil , and pepper . Mix everything well.

2grate long english cucumber over a colander to strain the excess juice into a bowl underneath (you can save it to drink if you want).

3Mix the cucumber into the yogurt mixture until well incorporated, and then top with finely chopped dill . Server chilled
