🥘 Ingredients
- corn 1 can
- greek yogurt ¼ cup
- limes 2
- garlic 2 cloves
- chili powder 2 tablespoons
- salt 1 pinch
- cilantro 1 bunch
- bell pepper 1
- red onion ¼
- green onions 1 bunch
- canellini beans 1 can
- cherry tomatoes 1 container
🍳 Cookware
- colander
- large baking sheet
- large mixing bowl

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

2Drain corn in a colander and spread it out on a large baking sheet . Dab dry with a paper towel and then put it in the oven. Bake in 10 minutes intervals until charred to your satisfaction

3Meanwhile, we can make the chipotle dressing. Mix together greek yogurt , juice from limes , garlic , chili powder , and salt . Thin with water as needed

4Chop cilantro , bell pepper , red onion , and green onions . Drain canellini beans , and slice cherry tomatoes .

5Mix charred corn, and everything else in a large mixing bowl . Pour dressing over everything, and serve
