  • chickpeas 1 can
  • lemon juice 4 tablespoons
  • tahini 2 tablespoons
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • salt ΒΎ teaspoon
  • ice cubes 3
  • olive oil

    drain and rinse chickpeas . Add to food processor , and pulse until they reach a breadcrumb-like texture.

    Add lemon juice , tahini , garlic , salt , and ice cubes to the food processor. Blend until smooth.
