🥘 Ingredients
- baking soda 1 tsp
- persimmon pulp 1 cup
- butter ½ cup
- sugar 1 cup
- egg 1
- all-purpose flour 2 cups
- baking powder 1 tsp
- salt ½ tsp
- cinnamon ½ tsp
- cloves ½ tsp
- nutmeg ½ tsp
- raisins and/or nuts 1 cup

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Stir in baking soda with persimmon pulp that is sieved and put through blender and set aside.

3Cream together butter and sugar . Beat in egg , then persimmon mixture.

4Sift all-purpose flour with baking powder , salt , cinnamon , cloves , and nutmeg .

5Add to creamed mixture along with raisins and/or nuts . Mix thoroughly.

6Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet .

7Bake until done, about 15 minuted (set when touched in center).
