- cold butter 38 tsp
- ice water 6 Tbsp
- brown sugar ½ cup
- butter ¼ cup
- flour ½ cup
- crushed granola ¼ cup

1Preheat oven to 400°F.

2Prepare filling by peeling and slicing apples . Toss with cinnamon , pumpkin pie spice , sugar , brown sugar , pumpkin butter , salt , and flour . Set aside.

3Prepare crust by whisking flour , salt , pumpkin pie spice , and cinnamon in large bowl .

4Add cold butter and cut into flour mix until crumbly. Add 1 Tbsp of ice water at a time until loose dough forms.

5Transfer to floured surface and gently mold together with hands.

6Divide in two, making one - the bottom crust - slightly larger.

7Gently roll out larger crust and drape over pie pan .

8Add apple filling to crust, reserving mot of the excess liquid that's formed.

9Bake 45 to 50 minutes .

10For crumb top: Combine brown sugar , butter , and flour . Stir in crushed granola .

11Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 30 minutes .
