- chocolate instant pudding 1 large pkg
- Cool Whip 1 8-oz pkg
- puff pastry 1 pkg
- confectioners' sugar

- cannoli molds
- PAM cooking spray
- piping bag

1Preheat the oven according to pastry directions.

2To make the filling, combine chocolate instant pudding with Cool Whip .

3Cut puff pastry into 18 strips.

4Spray cannoli molds with PAM cooking spray .

5Wrap the pastry strips around the molds with the strips overlapping.

6Bake pastry according to package directions. Let pastry cool on cooling rack and then unmold pastries.

7Fill the pastries with the filling using a piping bag .

8Dust with confectioners' sugar .
