- broccoli florets 6 cups
- peas 3 cups

- chickpeas 1 15-oz can
- crumbled feta ¾ cup
- lemon zest 1 tsp
- lemon juice ½ lemon
- olive oil 1 tsp

1Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 3 Tbsp olive oil and the broccoli florets .

2Cook for 5 minutes , then add the peas . Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more.

3Pour veggies into a bowl and cool for 10 minutes . Add chickpeas , crumbled feta , lemon zest , lemon juice , and olive oil .
