- carrot 1 small
- ground walnuts ½ cup
- bread crumbs 1 cup
- brown lentils 1 cup
- soft tofu ¼ cup
- tahini 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce 1 Tbsp
- parsley 1 Tbsp
- TJs soy meat 1 pkg
- salt
- pepper

- 9x5" loaf pan

1Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2Lightly oil a 9x5" loaf pan .

3Heat oil in a skillet and sauté minced onion and grated carrot for 5 to 7 minutes .

4In a bowl , mix soy meat, ground walnuts , bread crumbs , and the onion mixture.

5Pulse cooked brown lentils in a food processor then add to soy meat mixture.

6In a food processor , mix soft tofu , tahini , soy sauce , and minced parsley . Stir into the TJs soy meat and season with salt and pepper .

7Mix in extra soy sauce and water as needed until desired texture is reached (add roughly 1/4 cup extra liquid at a time).

8Transfer to the prepared pan . Smooth the top of the loaf.

9Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes .

10Remove foil and bake for 7 to 10 minutes more .
