- celery 2 pieces
- almonds ΒΌ cup
- chickpeas 1 can
- lettuce 2 pieces
- vegan mayonnaise 1 cup
- lemon juice 3 tbsp
- dijon mustard Β½ t sp
- poultry seasoning 1 tsp
- parsley 2 tbsp
- salt
- pepper

- medium bowl

1Chop red onion , celery , almonds .

2Drain rinse chickpeas .

3Tear off lettuce .

4Mash chickpeas in a medium bowl until about 75% of chickpeas are mashed.

5Mix in vegan mayonnaise , lemon juice , dijon mustard , poultry seasoning , parsley , salt , pepper .

6Mix in the red onion, celery, almonds.
