🥘 Ingredients
- brown onions 2 medium
- garlic 4 cloves
- green chilis 4
- canned green chilis (alternative) 2 small cans
- pork tenderloin cubes 2 lbs
- salt ½ tsp
- pepper ½ tsp
- garlic salt 1 tsp
- onion powder 1 tsp
- green chili sauce 1 can

1Sauté chopped brown onions for 3 minutes until soft and clear, add garlic and green chilis or canned green chilis (alternative) and saute for 1 minute more then add the pork tenderloin cubes .

2After meat is browned add your seasoning, salt , pepper , garlic salt , and onion powder , and sauté for 1 minute .

3Add a can of green chili sauce and simmer on low until meat is tender or put in crock pot to simmer.

4Water may be added to thin out the chili if needed.
