- red wine vinegar ½ cup
- apple cider vinegar ½ cup

1Shred red cabbage into bowl .

2Combine garlic puree , grated sweet red pepper and red onion .

3Blend together lemon juice , sugar , pepper , salt to taste, beef bouillon powder , red wine vinegar , and apple cider vinegar and oil .

4Pour over cabbage and mix well.

5Let stand overnight to mellow flavors.
