- vanilla 1 tsp
- cinnamon Β½ tsp
- pitted dates 1 cup
- peanut butter Β½ cup
- salt 1 pinch

1In a food processor , pulse the almonds until a coarse meal forms. Add vanilla , cinnamon , pitted dates , peanut butter , and salt .

2Pulse everything together until mixture begins to stick. Roll dough into scant tablespoon-size balls. Press down with a fork to make a cross hatch.

3Keep covered and chilled in the fridge.
