🥘 Ingredients
- vegetable broth ¼ cup
- TJ's sliced mushrooms 2 bags
- garlic 5 cloves
- paprika 1 ¼ tsp
- crushed red pepper ¼ tsp
- dry marsala wine 2 ½ Tbsp
- vegetable broth 1 cup
- salt
- pepper
- parsley ½ cup

1Heat 1/4 cup of vegetable broth in a large skillet . Add TJ's sliced mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes without stirring, then stir and cook 5 minutes more until mushrooms brown.

2Add garlic , paprika , and crushed red pepper . Cook for 2 minutes .

3Add dry marsala wine and cook until it evaporates.

4Add remaining vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper to taste.

5Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 3 minutes . Pour mixture into a bowl and mix in chopped fresh parsley .
