- paprika ¼ tsp
- cauliflower 5 cups
- salt ¼ tsp

1Preheat the oven to 450°F.

2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper .

3In a large bowl , whisk lemon juice , tahini , and paprika .

4Add cauliflower and toss to coat.

5Transfer to baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt . Bake 25 to 30 minutes , stirring halfway through.

6Remove and season with salt and pepper to taste.
