- Russet potatoes 12
- cream of chicken soup 2 10-oz cans
- sour cream 2 cups
- cheddar cheese 1 cup
- unsalted butter ½ cup
- onions ½ cup
- corn flakes or Ritz crackers 2 cups
- butter 2 Tbsp

- 9x13-inch baking dish

1Peel Russet potatoes and boil for 30 minutes , until just tender. Cool and grate into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish (or put hash browns into the baking dish).

2Combine cream of chicken soup , sour cream . cheddar cheese , the 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter , and onions . Gently blend into potatoes.

3Combine crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers and the 2 tablespoons melted butter . Sprinkle on top.

4Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes .
