- flatbread or naan 2 large
- Balsamic Pesto Β½ cup
- mozzarella 8 oz
- red and/or yellow cherry or grape tomatoes 1 cup
- basil
- balsamic glaze (optional)
- flaky sea salt

- large baking sheet

1Preheat oven to 425Β°F.

2Place flatbread or naan on a large baking sheet .

3Spread each with 1/4 cup Balsamic Pesto .

4Top with mozzarella and red and/or yellow cherry or grape tomatoes , halved.

5Use the baking sheet to transfer flatbread directly to the oven rack. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.

6Remove from oven. Top with basil and, if you like, drizzle with balsamic glaze (optional) . Sprinkle with flaky sea salt .
