1To make the tahini dressing, whisk nutritional yeast , garlic powder , lemon juice , maple syrup , tahini , water , and salt and pepper to taste together until smooth.

2Mix the fresh blueberries , cooked chickpeas , diced cucumber , finely sliced red cabbage , mixed salad greens , and chopped walnuts in a bowl . Top the salad with the tahini dressing.
