- raisins ΒΌ cup
- chickpeas, drained 1 can
- celery stalks, diced 2
- chopped parsley 2 Tbsp
- whole grain mustard 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice 2 Tbsp
- olive oil 2 Tbsp
- salt
- pepper

1Soak the raisins in warm water for 5 minutes to soften, then drain.

2Coarsely chop the raisins and add them to the chickpeas, drained .

3Add celery stalks, diced , chopped parsley , whole grain mustard , lemon juice , olive oil , and salt and pepper to taste, and stir well to combine.
