1Combine 2 cups packed fresh arugula ; 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese; 2/3 cup hopped toasted walnuts ; 1/2 cup packed fresh basil ; 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil ; 3 cloves garlic , halved; 1 tsp lemon zest ; 2 Tbsp lemon juice ; and 1/4 tsp kosher salt in a food processor .
