  • basil 1 cup
  • Parmesan 1 cup
  • toasted pine nuts 0.67 cup
  • olive oil 0.67 cup
  • garlic 3 cloves
  • salt 1 tsp

    Combine 2 cups small broccoli florets ; 1 cup packed fresh basil ; 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese; 2/3 cup toasted pine nuts ; 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil ; 3 cloves garlic , halved; 1 tsp kosher salt in a food processor .

    Process until nearly smooth. Add up to 2 Tbsp additional olive oil to reach desired consistency.
