🥘 Ingredients
- Reduced Fat Bisquick 1 cup
- powdered sugar 2 Tbsp
- firm butter 2 Tbsp
- sugar ¾ cup
- egg substitute ½ cup
- grated lemon peel 2 tsp
- powdered sugar ¾ cup
- lemon juice 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice 1 ½ tsp

1Heat oven to 350°F. Stir together 1 cup of Reduced Fat Bisquick and powdered sugar .

2Cut in firm butter until mixture looks like fine crumbs.

3Press mixture into bottom and sides of ungreased square pan .

4Bake for 10 minutes . Stir sugar , egg substitute , and grated lemon peel and pour over crust.

5Bake for 25 minutes .

6While warm, loosen edges and spread with glaze: powdered sugar , lemon juice , and lemon juice .
