  • vegetable oil Β½ cup
  • melted unsweetened chocolate 4 oz
  • granulated sugar 2 cups
  • egg 4
  • vanilla 2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour 2 cups
  • baking powder 2 tsp
  • salt Β½ tsp
  • confectioners' sugar 1 cup

    Mix vegetable oil , melted unsweetened chocolate , and granulated sugar .

    Blend in one egg at a time until well blended.

    Add vanilla .

    Stir all-purpose flour , baking powder , and salt into oil mixture.

    Chill for several hours or overnight.

    Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

    Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into confectioners' sugar .

    Roll in sugar and shape into balls.

    Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet .
