- cucumbers 1 ½
- white onion ½ small
- salt 1 ½ tsp
- white pepper ½ tsp
- cream cheese 24 oz

- food processor

1Peel and slice cucumbers lengthwise.

2Using a spoon , scoop out the seeds and discard.

3Cut into large pieces.

4In a food processor , puree cucumber and white onion .

5Squeeze out excess liquid.

6Combine with salt , white pepper , and cream cheese and refrigerate up to three days.
