  • lemon juice 2 Tbsp
  • salt Β½ tsp
  • water Β½ cup

    Soak raw cashews for 2 hours or up to 12 hours.

    Drain and rinse the cashews under cold water until the water runs clear.

    Transfer the cashews to a high-speed blender and add the lemon juice , salt , and 1/2 cup water .

    Blend until smooth and creamy.

    Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
