- raw cashews Β½ cup
- lemon juice 2 Tbsp
- salt Β½ tsp
- water Β½ cup

1Soak raw cashews for 2 hours or up to 12 hours.

2Drain and rinse the cashews under cold water until the water runs clear.

3Transfer the cashews to a high-speed blender and add the lemon juice , salt , and 1/2 cup water .

4Blend until smooth and creamy.

5Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
