- soy sauce 2 Tbsp
- tomato paste 2 Tbsp
- maple syrup 1 Tbsp
- onion powder 1 tsp
- garlic powder 1 tsp
- smoked paprika 1 tsp
- chili powder 2 tsp
- cumin 1 tsp

- silicon mat
- large bowl

1Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

2Line a baking sheet with a silicon mat .

3In a large bowl , mash patted dry extra firm tofu with a fork .

4Mix olive oil , soy sauce , tomato paste , maple syrup , onion powder , garlic powder , smoked paprika , chili powder , and cumin .

5Spread tofu mixture on silicon mat.

6Bake for 20 minutes , then stir/flip with a spatula . Bake for 20 minutes more.
