- sliced black olives ½ can
- fire roasted green chiles ½ can
- cheese ½ cup

- 7-inch by 10-inch baking dish

1Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange taquitos in a single layer in a 7-inch by 10-inch baking dish and cover evenly with enchilada sauce . Top with 1-1/2 cups cheese , followed by sliced black olives and fire roasted green chiles .

2Bake casserole on center rack of oven for 20 to 25 minutes , or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove pan from oven and garnish with remaining cheese and green onions . Allow to cool slightly before serving.
