- vanilla ½ tsp
- lemon zest 2 Tbsp
- yogurt 1 cup
- lemon juice ¼ cup
- flour 2 cups
- baking powder 1 tsp
- baking soda ½ tsp
- salt ½ tsp
- flaxmeal 2 Tbsp
- blueberries 1 cup
- lemon juice 2 tsp
- powdered sugar 1 cup

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper .

2Combine melted coconut oil , sugar , eggs , vanilla , lemon zest , yogurt , and 1/4 cup lemon juice .

3In a separate bowl , combine flour , baking powder , and baking soda . Add salt .

4Combine all ingredients and flaxmeal and fold in blueberries .

5Bake approximately 45 to 50 minutes .

6For glaze, whisk together 2 tsp lemon juice and powdered sugar and drizzle over cooled cake.
