  • vegan egg replacer 1
  • vegan ground beef 1 lb
  • seasoned breadcrumbs Β½ cup
  • oat or unsweetened almond milk 2 Tbsp
  • onion soup mix 1 pkg
  • vegan Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
  • black pepper ΒΌ tsp
  • mashed potatoes 1
  • mushroom gravy 1

  • large mixing bowl
  • large skillet

    Prepare the vegan egg replacer according to package directions. Set aside.

    Into a large mixing bowl , add vegan ground beef , seasoned breadcrumbs , egg replacer mixture, oat or unsweetened almond milk , and 1/2 package onion soup mix , vegan Worcestershire sauce , and black pepper . Use your hands to mix well, until all ingredients are fully incorporated, then form into 5 patties.

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned, 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Remove patties from skillet and set aside.

    Place on a bed of mashed potatoes and top with mushroom gravy .
