- vegan egg replacer 1
- vegan ground beef 1 lb
- seasoned breadcrumbs Β½ cup
- oat or unsweetened almond milk 2 Tbsp
- onion soup mix 1 pkg
- vegan Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp
- black pepper ΒΌ tsp
- mashed potatoes 1
- mushroom gravy 1

- large mixing bowl
- large skillet

1Prepare the vegan egg replacer according to package directions. Set aside.

2Into a large mixing bowl , add vegan ground beef , seasoned breadcrumbs , egg replacer mixture, oat or unsweetened almond milk , and 1/2 package onion soup mix , vegan Worcestershire sauce , and black pepper . Use your hands to mix well, until all ingredients are fully incorporated, then form into 5 patties.

3Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add patties and cook until browned, 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Remove patties from skillet and set aside.

4Place on a bed of mashed potatoes and top with mushroom gravy .
