- olive oil 2 Tbsp
- cumin 1 tsp
- kale 1 bunch
- marinara 2 cups
- cooked chickpeas 1 ½ cups
- lemon juice 1 Tbsp
- water ½ cup
- feta 1 12-oz block
- pepper
- red pepper flakes 1 pinch
- pita or baguette
- lemon wedges

- 10-inch skillet

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat 10-inch skillet and add olive oil . Ad cumin and sizzle for 1 to 2 minutes .

2Add kale , with stems removed and torn into pieces, in batches; letting each handful shrink and wilt before adding the next.

3When the last of the kale has wilted, add marinara , cooked chickpeas , lemon juice , and 1/2 cup water . Stir to let come to a simmer.

4Nestle the feta slices into the sauce and sprinkle with pepper . Bake until feta has softened, about 15 minutes .

5Drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of red pepper flakes .

6Serve warm with pita or baguette and lemon wedges .
