  • organic tomatoes on a vine 6
  • cannellini beans 1 can
  • pesto ΒΌ cup
  • optional Ciliegine fresh mozzarella 1 container
  • balsamic glaze 3 Tbsp

  • medium saucepan

    In a medium saucepan , bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil. Stir in Risoni and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 9 minutes , stirring occasionally.

    Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes .

    Chop organic tomatoes on a vine and mix cannellini beans , pesto , and optional Ciliegine fresh mozzarella .

    Serve and drizzle with balsamic glaze .
