• confectioners' sugar, sifted ½ cup
• hot milk 2 tsp
• vanilla ¼ tsp

   This can be used as a substitute for fondant on small cakes such as petits fours.

   Beat together until smooth confectioners' sugar, sifted , hot milk , and vanilla .
