Sour Cream Topping

• sour cream 2 16-oz containers
• granulated sugar 1 Tbsp
• vanilla 2 tsp

   In a medium bowl , stir together sour cream , granulated sugar , and vanilla .

   Place topping in the center of cheesecake, and spread gently to the edges. Return to 350°F oven for 10 minutes .
