Macaroni and Tomato Cheese

- onion 1
- cheddar or red leicester cheese 4 oz
- salt
- olive oil
- macaroni 4oz
- can of condensed tomato soup (Batchelors or Campbells) 1
- black pepper

1Dice onion and grate cheddar or red leicester cheese .

2Bring half a pan of water to the boil. Add a pinch of salt and a splash of olive oil .

3Add the macaroni and the onion to the boiling water. Simmer until the pasta is soft.

4Once soft, drain the water and add can of condensed tomato soup (Batchelors or Campbells) - stir well.

5Add the cheese - stir well and add black pepper to taste.

6Ensure it's all heated through evenly, then serve.
