  • mushrooms 225 g
  • lemon
  • salt
  • flour 2 tbsp
  • cream 150 ml
  • black pepper

    Clean mushrooms with a wet paper towel.

    Bring a cup of water to a boil and add some lemon juice and a pinch of salt .

    Cook the mushrooms for 2 min . Drain the water.
  4. 4
    Prepare the sauce by dissolving flour on cream .
  5. 5
    Boil and add the drained mushrooms. Cook for another 5 min . Condiment with some black pepper and salt if needed.
