π₯ Ingredients
- mushrooms 225 g
- lemon
- salt
- flour 2 tbsp
- cream 150 ml
- black pepper

1Clean mushrooms with a wet paper towel.

2Bring a cup of water to a boil and add some lemon juice and a pinch of salt .

3Cook the mushrooms for 2 min . Drain the water.

4Prepare the sauce by dissolving flour on cream .

5Boil and add the drained mushrooms. Cook for another 5 min . Condiment with some black pepper and salt if needed.
