1In a skillet , heat olive oil over medium heat.

2Add minced garlic and chopped walnuts to the skillet and sautΓ© until the garlic is fragrant and the walnuts are lightly toasted.

3Stir in the chopped fresh sage leaves and cook for another minute.

4Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Let it cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
