- clarified butter 4 tbsp
- parsley 3 tbspp
- lemon 1 tbsp

1Add additional clarified butter to the skillet and set over moderately high heat until the butter has turned a very light golden brown (a minute or two).

2Immediately remove from heat, stir in thinly minced parsley and lemon juice, and taste for seasoning. Pour over and serve.
